He explains everything he does in layman's terms and we notice the results of his efforts.I'm on the Executive Committee at my church, and about two years ago, our Child Care Center expressed concerns about the exterminator they were using . I recommended International to our board. They decided to make the switch. As it turned out, Irwin handles this account too and our Child Care director as well as the Church property manager couldn't be happier with the results.Their pricing is also very competitive.I would recommend to anyone looking to hire an exterminator for their home or business. I have been working with Irwin since I opened up my business and I have never felt a need to go elsewhere. Irwin is always so polite and pleasant when he comes in. He sprays everywhere he needs to and is always on the lookout for any unwanted "guests". I love that they are also available on demand if you need them to! I have called upon them at least 3 times to come out and deal with a problem and they are always available immediately. Spoke to Pat and had a tech out very shortly after that. Chris came out and went over any and all questions we had.
