Review: Technicians are very nice and personable. Downsides are they given less than 24 hour notice when they're performing service, when you cancel, they'll continue to bill you for the next 30 days due to the contract, and at times they are difficult to reach. We also started using them for wasp service and they were unable to reduce the amount of wasps around the house.

Review: Nathan was prompt on his arrival, friendly, and very thorough in his explanation of what he intended to do for us today regarding our rodent & spider issues. He walked the yard with us as we pointed out areas we were concerned about and he listened carefully & explained what he intended to do. He then followed through with the plan & helped us to understand what to expect in the next few weeks. He also reminded us that we could call if needed prior to our next scheduled quarterly appointment. The yard looked great once he cleared the webs. We are pleased with his service!

Review: We switched to Official roughly three months ago and they've been fantastic. We used another pest control company for 15+ years and Official does a much better job. If I need service, they come out within 1-2 days. Our tech is thorough and pleasant to work with.
