Review: Alexis from Orkin serviced my home for a large wasp nest discovered in the wall of my laundry room. He was thorough, informative and friendly. He returned twice to make sure the nest was dead and remove what he could. Communication was superior. I would have given 5 stars but Orkin is expensive.

Review: I feel like I was treated very well , especially for a return visit. I am older and have some trouble on the basement stairs. When I get down there, I can't reach the top plate to replace the sticky bug boxes without a ladder and that is iffy on my own, so having ORKIN do thatis safer for me, and I feel is part of the service. So, I am very contented having Jonathan do that today. Now we are set for the season.

Review: There was some lack of communication from the office to my tech, as I had left a message to reschedule due to uncertain vacation return. Tech arrived and I had not been given the 2 hour window notice, so I assumed appointment was rescheduled. None of this is the fault of my tech, who was very courteous and thorough as always.
