Review: I previously used a larger chain, pest control company and was perpetually unhappy with the service, especially because I continued to fight critters that didn’t belong in my home even though I was paying them on a regular basis to take care of that issue.After asking around for local companies to switch my service to, I wound up connecting with Frank from Pest Pros. I asked him to come out and look at our location and give me an estimate before I agreed to service. Unlike a different small company, he didn’t hesitate to offer the estimate before service.Once I contacted him, her responded promptly and made sure to schedule our initial conversation at my earliest convenience. He then showed up exactly when he said he would be here. That matters to me as I’ve had others that either didn’t show up at all or were late.Once here, Frank walked my entire property with me, looking at the various things that we have, asking questions, and providing information about solutions that might address issues. I appreciated that he gave me honest information without trying a hard sell or an upsell. He was very personable, down-to-earth, and was able to answer every question that I had.The first service went well. He didn’t just spend five minutes with a big hose spraying bug killer around my foundation like the larger company did. He actually knocked down cobwebs, cleaned things out of corners and eaves, and made sure to treat more than just the foundation of my house. The price is reasonable, and no more than the larger company that treated me like a number.
