Review: Very unprofessional I received multiple quotes without any explanation of the issue. I reached out to the business twice they said the technician would call. I didn’t receive a call untill after the second call to complain and after I found another company. I would not recommend them. They also quoted double what the other company did. The other company actually communicated effectively vs this one.

Her responsiveness cherry picked my business from her competitors. Ty was the technician who sprayed our property and he was great! He was personable, kind and super accommodating. Review: Simple Pest Management is awesome! We moved into a new home and started having problems with ants and spiders in and around the home. Simple Pest came out and did an inspection of the home and recommended a treatment plan that they implemented. Our service technician, Ben, was polite, thorough, and professional. He took the extra time to explain all the strategies he was using to treat our home and the products he used. Since we have two young kids, this was amazing to have this information provided without needing to ask. I would definitely recommend Simple Pest Management to anyone needing to rid their home of pests!

Review: I am recommending this company to EVERYONE! From the initial call, the woman was so sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had someone come out so quickly, his name was Chris. He was absolutely fantastic. It was all so amazing and we have no more issues! We have a farm, and flies are unavoidable but they were out of control. We are neurotic about cleaning and nothing helped. There isn’t even another company that said they would be okay to inspect and help. Chris inspected EVERYTHING and took the time to do what would be the most help. It is night and day being able to enjoy the outdoors again, AND the treatment was safe for our pets. The next day going outside we were questioning is this real life!? We can enjoy outside! We spent hundreds of dollars on trying to do it ourselves and this is by far the best thing we have done. Incredible. We signed up for a monthly service plan and I could not be happier. Thank you!!!!!! So much to every one of your team. -a very satisfied Vince and Nat
